The Industrial Reality Index

The Industrial Reality Index is a continuous benchmark of enterprise reality across industries and over time. It compares recurring patterns across organizations and industries that often remain unrecognized in conventional reporting.

The Industrial Reality Index is published under CEO 2028 OS, the enterprise control system behind the Index.

The Industrial Reality Index is intended for chief executives, board members, private capital investors, credit providers, insurers, risk underwriters, and principals in mergers, acquisitions, and control matters.

The first full Industrial Reality Index includes a broad set of observations, organizational classifications, industry comparisons, and international benchmarks, including German–U.S. cross-border patterns. The Index is expected to be released in Q1 2027. 

The Industrial Reality Score reflects how reliably organizations convert commitments into outcomes. It is introduced in the full Industrial Reality Index 2027.

Each preview highlights critical patterns relevant to a specific executive, capital, or governance context — patterns that conventional reporting does not show and that often contradict common assumptions.
